Great hotel but the bed had way too many pillows and bed clothes. Vending machine was out of order.

Family with Teens
Excellent value. Convenient location to downtown locations. Great room --- suite --- with comfortable beds. Nice lobby area. Great, friendly staff. Very much exceeded our expectations!

Solo Traveler
The room was great, the front desk service was prompt and courteous, and the bartenders and dining staff were great. It was a very clean and very well kept hotel.

Traveling as Couple
This was a great place to stay. We had a king size suite, and it was lovely. It was close to downtown, clean, and the staff was very nice. The chef at the restaurant even asked where we were from, and when he found out we were going to the Dallas Museum of art, he went and had directions printed for us so we could find it. I liked the hotel overall. The facilities and staff were very professional. The restaurant was overpriced. I looked at the menu and decided to pass, so I can't comment on the quality of the food.
